There is an enormous difference between attention and respect. In my mind, the difference in which one desires is found in emotional maturity levels. Though garnering attention may feel good, it is not necessarily of any substance. Respect has to be earned and is gained through quality of character, something that is much more difficult to achieve. ~Gia

Men want to give girls that attention cause it boosts their own ego, they don’t want to bother with just respecting a woman, they want to play & get off….their soul thinking the majority of the time
